I took the PAL-E course with Nils Oud. It was my first virtual training course and it was an excellent experience. Nils is an excellent teacher and facilitator. I would not hesitate to take a course from Nils, or AgileVisor again.
I joined the PSPO-A Class of Incrementor with trainer Nils Oud. This training adds a lot of value above other sources that I used to become a better Product Owner. This class is filled with a lot of break outs in smaller teams, which helps to really THINK about the content and learn from others and their companies at the same time. The class was totally 'virtual' but breaking out and coming back went very fast and smooth. Also collaborating on shared digital whiteboards went well.
Insightful two days on the subject of Agile Leadership with Nils Oud. Despite a pandemic, Nils managed to provide my colleagues & me with a wonderful workshop exploring the space for agile leaders in our organisation, thus not only preparing us for our (PAL-E) certification with scrum.org, but even more so for the part of our agile journey that still lies ahead.
