Purposes of processing
When you interact with us via our website or use the contact form, send us an e-mail or call us by phone, we may collect personal data and other information from you. In order to process your inquiry, we process your personal data, such as your name, the company name, and your contact details. We delete your personal data after maximum 7 years, after we last had contact with you. After this, we will delete your personal data for this purpose.
We use functional and analytic cookies on our website. These cookies enable us to monitor the website and give us insight in the way our website is used. This may include collecting information about how you use our website, such as the pages you visit, the searches you perform, and other actions you take while using our website. We have a legitimate interest for the purpose of providing our website in the best way possible. When you request more information about our services, receive a quote, or if you, or the company you work for, purchase services from us, your data are required to execute the agreement. We store this data until the service has ended, and for a maximum of 7 years thereafter, in order to comply with our tax retention obligation.
Our consultants assess agile maturity, develop transformation strategies, and give guidance. In order to provide these services, personal data of employees of your organization will be collected during interviews and processed. We process contact details and other work-related information. Make sure your employees are well informed about this.
We offer a wide range of certified agile training programs. To offer the training, process registrations, track participation and issue certificates, the name, email address and position of participants are processed. This data is kept in a certificate register for at least 20 years after obtaining the certificate. We also collect payment and billing information when you register for paid products or services for private purposes. This data will be deleted after 2 years.
AgileVisor recruits, facilitates and supports employees. For this purpose, we process contact details, the content of the curriculum vitae and a motivation letter.
We store application data for a maximum of 4 weeks after the vacancy has closed, or for up to 1 year with your consent.
Will we enter into a collaboration with each other? We will then store the data for a maximum of 2 years after termination of the collaboration. Certain data is kept longer due to legal obligations.
When you register for an event, we collect information such as name, address, phone number, and email address. We use this information to communicate with you and facilitate your registration. Additionally, we may share your registration data with service providers in order to provide event information and improve your experience. We also collect payment and billing information when you register for paid products or services for private purposes. The personal data for this purpose will be deleted 2 years after the event ended.
We use the information you provide to us to market and promote the products, services, and other offerings. For example, we use the information, like your email or physical address, to send information to you which we think may be of interest to you by post, email, LinkedIn message or other means and send you marketing communications relating to our business.
You may opt out of receiving this promotional content by following the instructions contained in each communication that we send to you or by contacting us. If you unsubscribe from our marketing lists, we will continue to contact you regarding administrative matters, and to respond to your requests.
Imagery can be taken for various activities, such as photos and videos. The images are used for reporting and promotional purposes. The images will only be used with your express permission. If you withdraw your consent, we will immediately stop further use.

We actively collaborate with partners and subbrands, fostering a global ecosystem for knowledge sharing, joint events or training and community engagement. For the processing of personal data and the exchange of information on an individual level, we comply with the privacy rules and will inform you regarding this.

We have concluded a (processing) agreement with the organizations with whom we share personal data. We agree that they guarantee the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
