Nils is extremely knowledgeable about Scrum and agile leadership! Attended a training for Scrum Professional Agile Leadership hosted by Nils Oud from AgileVisor. The training was very intense, but also informative and productive and greatly helped me in successfully completing my assessment and get certified.
AgileVisor are an incredible company full of the most passionate and capable Agile professionals. Personally they have helped me in putting on an incredible Online conference and provided fantastic speakers that really inspired.
A bit of theory and a lot of hands on. Because of the very interactive nature of the training, I got inspired by Nils and by co-trainees. I did gain a lot of ideas: which AI tools I can use as product owner and how that can lift the quality of my work. I had the opportunity to work with paid licenses of a variety of tools and could determine which are most valuable for me.

Nils solidly addressed the diverse interests of an heterogeneous group in a smooth and natural fashion. The classes were very dynamic and interactive, and fostered our critical thinking and introspection by means of simple (but sometimes not easy) exercises.
The PSPO-A training was very well organised and hosted. There was a perfect balance between the theory and interesting practical tasks where people could interact and actively participate. Nils is excellent host and can create awesome space for adapting the scope to the needs, interests of participants to make sure they get the most out of it. I can and will recommend it to every PO who will be interested in taking that class.

Nils is a great PSPO I coach, with a lot of experience from different aspects! He provides you lots of practical and hands-on exercises and real-life examples, giving more space to focus on specific part of the content you as a group like to focus on and makes the training more conversational rather than just flipping through slide by slide! Definitely recommended!
I recently participated in a Product Owner course, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The course provided comprehensive insights into the role of a Product Owner, covering everything from managing product backlogs to stakeholder communication. Insightful two days on the subject of Agile Leadership with Nils Oud. Despite a pandemic, Nils managed to provide my colleagues & me with a wonderful workshop exploring the space for agile leaders in our organisation, thus not only preparing us for our (PAL-E) certification with scrum.org, but even more so for the part of our agile journey that still lies ahead. I would highly recommend bringing Nils into your organisation, if you want to start a better dialogue on agile leadership, leaderhsip styles and maturity of leaders in your organisation and many more topics in the space between a leader and self-managing teams.
