Nils solidly addressed the diverse interests of an heterogeneous group in a smooth and natural fashion. The classes were very dynamic and interactive, and fostered our critical thinking and introspection by means of simple (but sometimes not easy) exercises.

The Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) training with Nils Oud was my very first online training. I’m happy that I was a part of this course despite my doubts about joining an online training. The theory was supplemented with practical examples that led to easier understanding and encouraged me and the other participants to actively discuss the topic of the training. No questions remained unanswered. Nils personally impressed me with his knowledge and his social interaction with all participants. All in all, I found the training very interesting, especially the part where Nils explained how to ensure that dependencies between teams get minimized. I can’t wait to put this into practice and support my teams as a Scrum Master. I really enjoyed the training and can recommend it to everyone who is interested in how to work with more than two teams.

A bit of theory and a lot of hands on. Because of the very interactive nature of the training, I got inspired by Nils and by co-trainees. I did gain a lot of ideas: which AI tools I can use as product owner and how that can lift the quality of my work. I had the opportunity to work with paid licenses of a variety of tools and could determine which are most valuable for me.
The PSPO-A training was very well organised and hosted. There was a perfect balance between the theory and interesting practical tasks where people could interact and actively participate. Nils is excellent host and can create awesome space for adapting the scope to the needs, interests of participants to make sure they get the most out of it. I can and will recommend it to every PO who will be interested in taking that class.
I attended the PSPO training by Nils Oud which was very well structured, much more comprehensive than I expected and by far exceeded my expectations. A very good preparation for the certification from my point of view, but above all very practical with a lot of time for exchange and practical application. I can recommend the training to anyone who wants to learn more about the exciting task of the Product Owner and prepare for the certification. I really enjoyed the training, many thanks to Nils!

Insightful two days on the subject of Agile Leadership with Nils Oud. Despite a pandemic, Nils managed to provide my colleagues & me with a wonderful workshop exploring the space for agile leaders in our organisation, thus not only preparing us for our (PAL-E) certification with scrum.org, but even more so for the part of our agile journey that still lies ahead. I would highly recommend bringing Nils into your organisation, if you want to start a better dialogue on agile leadership, leaderhsip styles and maturity of leaders in your organisation and many more topics in the space between a leader and self-managing teams.
