The PSPO I training was very insightful, interesting, and made lots of fun. What I particularly liked was how Nils used the participants' individual reports from practise to explain Scrum theory and thus made the learning effect all the stronger.

Insightful two days on the subject of Agile Leadership with Nils Oud. Despite a pandemic, Nils managed to provide my colleagues & me with a wonderful workshop exploring the space for agile leaders in our organisation, thus not only preparing us for our (PAL-E) certification with scrum.org, but even more so for the part of our agile journey that still lies ahead. I would highly recommend bringing Nils into your organisation, if you want to start a better dialogue on agile leadership, leaderhsip styles and maturity of leaders in your organisation and many more topics in the space between a leader and self-managing teams.

The presentation skills, the smooth of interpreting of the situation and linking it to the work experience. His willing to explain and answer to the question we have. not to forget the gamification it was so great and it make theory more easier to understand
