Course Overview

‍Don't just learn Scrum. Experience it together, and discover how to work better as a team.

Applying Professional Scrum (APS) is a highly interactive, two-day Scrum.org course where participants learn Scrum by actually using it. Working in teams, you'll build a product over several Sprints, experience real challenges, and discover the value of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.

At AgileVisor, we deliver APS exclusively in-company, both on-site and live virtual. We prepare thoroughly, discussing your organization's challenges beforehand and connecting them to the course.

Whether you're bringing together one team or several teams, APS creates shared understanding, better collaboration, and a fresh appreciation of why Scrum works the way it does. Participants leave with practical insights, stronger connections, and preparation for the PSM I certification assessment.

I would like to thank AgileVisor and more specifically Nils Oud for the APS training I had! The training was very insightful, helpful as well as highly interactive which helped in understanding and being able to process information! Kudos for Nils as a trainer, great job!

Who It's For

APS is designed for organizations that want teams to understand Scrum, improve collaboration, and develop a shared way of working.

It's particularly valuable for new Scrum Teams, existing teams looking for a fresh start, or organizations bringing multiple teams together. Developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, managers, and colleagues who work closely with Scrum Teams can all benefit from participating together.

We've delivered APS with anything from individual teams to large groups of up to 12 teams simultaneously, creating a shared experience that strengthens relationships across the organization.

No previous Scrum experience is required. The training works equally well as an introduction, refresher, or opportunity to improve how teams work together.
