This is a hands-on training. You'll work with an AI Product Feature Canvas, build a working AI agent using low/no-code tools, and learn how to manage AI features responsibly.

You'll leave with practical tools and an approach you can apply to your own product.

Experience with AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Copilot, is recommended. PSPO-AI Essentials provides a useful foundation.

No programming or engineering background is required.

Learning by doing

Throughout the training, you'll build a working AI agent that analyzes online customer reviews, identifies sentiment and triggers actions for a marketing team.

You'll also work with reusable tools, including the AI Product Feature Canvas, AI Definition of Done and AI Runbook.

These tools help you apply what you've learned to your own product.
