The Professional Scrum Product Owner™ – AI Advanced (PSPO-AI Advanced) course takes Product Owners beyond using AI as a personal co-pilot and into the world of leading AI features within their products. Building on the foundations of PSPO-AI Essentials, participants learn how to define, prototype, and evaluate AI-enabled features responsibly.
Through real use cases and hands-on exercises, you will experience what it means to bring AI into product features such as chatbots, recommenders, and agents. You will practice thin-slicing AI features, apply guardrails to mitigate risks, and use Scrum empiricism to adapt as you learn — without needing technical expertise.
By the end of the course, you will be equipped with practical tools and confidence to guide AI features from idea to delivery. From canvases and checklists to runbooks and definitions of done, you will leave prepared to ensure AI features deliver value, remain transparent and sustainable, and succeed where many AI initiatives fail.

PSPO-AI Advanced Certification
All participants who complete the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ – AI Advanced training will be eligible to take the PSPO-AI Advanced assessment. This assessment validates your ability to apply what you have learned in real-world scenarios, demonstrating your skill in leading AI product features with confidence.
The certification:
- Confirms your ability to move beyond using AI in your role to including AI features in your product responsibly.
- Demonstrates knowledge of framing, prototyping, evaluating, and monitoring AI-enabled features.
- Shows your capability to apply Scrum empiricism and product thinking to reduce risk and deliver value in AI initiatives.
Upon passing the assessment, you will receive the PSPO-AI Advanced certification and digital badge, which can be shared with employers, peers, and professional networks.
