In this 1-day interactive workshop, you will:
- Frame AI product features (like chatbots, recommenders or agents) using the AI Product Feature Canvas to understand how they behave and create value.
- Build a real AI powered feature low/no-code tools (to re-confirm the Canvas).
- Assess risks and guardrails to extend your Definition of Done (AI).
- Plan for sustainable operation by drafting an AI Runbook for monitoring and adaptation.
- While applying Scrum empiricism to ensure AI features deliver real business value.

The certification:
- Confirms your ability to move beyond using AI in your role to including AI features in your product responsibly.
- Demonstrates knowledge of framing, prototyping, evaluating, and monitoring AI-enabled features.
- Shows your capability to apply Scrum empiricism and product thinking to reduce risk and deliver value in AI initiatives.
Upon passing the assessment, you will receive the PSPO-AI Advanced certification and digital badge, which can be shared with employers, peers, and professional networks.

🇬🇧 Eddy’s challenge: how do I intuitively and safely integrate AI into our app? 'We have an app for installers. With this app, you connect to water heaters, boilers, and similar devices, allowing you to display error messages and warnings from those devices in the app. Strangely enough, we don’t show possible causes and solutions for those problems. We actually have all that information in manuals, and the traditional approach was: display the error code, and let the user look it up in the manual. So my first reflex was: that content from the manuals should also be shown in the app — alongside the problem, also the possible causes and solutions.
But when I search on Perplexity for ‘I have error code X on device Y: what should I do?’, I immediately see exactly what the possible causes and solutions are. And if you put in a bit of effort, ChatGPT will guide you step by step to a solution. And 90% of the sources ChatGPT uses are our manuals. So that is something I really want to integrate into the app — much more intuitive for the installer. And this would prevent us from having to fill the app’s backend database with causes and solutions for every product and error, in fifteen languages, and keep it up to date.
My challenge is: that which I find so easy in ChatGPT or Perplexity — how can I integrate that even better, more intuitively, and safely into the app?'

🇳🇱 Eddy’s uitdaging: Hoe integreer ik AI intuïtief en veilig in onze app? 'Wij hebben een app voor installateurs. Met die app maak je verbinding met een geiser, boiler, enz en dan kan je foutmeldingen en waarschuwingen van die apparaten weergeven in de app. Maar gek genoeg zetten we daar niet bij wat mogelijke oorzaken zijn plus de oplossingen om dat probleem op te lossen. Die informatie hebben we wel allemaal in handleidingen en de gedachte was traditioneel: we laten een errorcode zien en ze zoeken het maar op in de handleiding. Dus mijn eerste reflex was: die content van de handleidingen moeten we ook in de app laten zien: naast het probleem ook mogelijke oorzaken en oplossingen.
Maar als ik op Perplexity zoek ‘Ik heb error code X op apparaat Y: wat moet ik doen?’, dan zie ik precies wat de mogelijke oorzaken zijn en wat de oplossingen daarbij zijn. En als je een beetje je best doet, begeleidt ChatGPT je stap voor stap naar een oplossing. En 90% van de bronnen die ChatGPT gebruikt, zijn onze manuals. Dus dat is iets wat ik heel graag wil integreren in de app. Veel intuïtiever voor de installateur. En daarmee kan ik voorkomen dat wij voor ieder product en iedere foutmelding de database achter de app moet vullen met oorzaken en oplossingen. En dat in 15 talen van de app en up-to-date houden.
Mijn uitdaging is: dat wat ik zo makkelijk vind in ChatGPT of Perplexity, hoe kan ik dat nog beter, intuïtiever en veilig integreren in de app?'
